Project Details

The Platinum BESS Project involved the installation of a total of 2,254 helical piles, designed to support the project's foundation requirements.

Of these, 1,580 helicals measured 4.5 inches in outer diameter (OD) and 20 feet in length, while the remaining 682 helicals measured 3.5 inches OD and 10 feet in length, with an additional 10-foot extension for enhanced depth and stability.

To ensure efficiency and timely completion, our team deployed three dedicated crews, collectively averaging an installation rate of 154 helicals per day. This coordinated effort allowed us to meet the project's schedule while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Through strategic planning, expert execution, and teamwork, we successfully completed the installation, providing a strong and reliable foundation for the Platinum BESS site.
